I started the new program on Monday, February 5, 2007. I worked on my lower body and pushed myself to lift more than i normally would. here are the numbers..
Sumo deadlifts 2sets of 60lbsx10 & 2 sets of 50lbsx10
Stiff legged deadlifts 2sets of 60lbsx10 & 2 sets of 50lbsx10
leg extensions 4 sets of 50lbsx10
Leg curls 1 set of 50×10 & 3 sets of 70×10
calf raises 4sets of 25lbsx10
45 mins of cardio in hiking machine
abs 100 w/ body weight & 4sets of 65lbsx10
