Talent..The key.

Sunday, March 29th, 2009

Ask anybody out there and they’ll tell you that the foundation of a great bodybuilder starts with the understanding of some basic fundamentals
Training, Nutrition, Sleep, Supplements.  These are the things that prepare your body for the many challenges a bodybuilder faces, I’ve heard that garbage thrown at me all my damn life, You know what I say? Fundamentals are the crutch of the Talentless.
See in life when you have talent, all the other stuff doesn’t matter, if we were on an island without Food, supplements, weights Who would be on top then, the guy with the talent!

In a nutshell you can train all you want, you can work on your form, your diet, supplements, hell it might even be enough to get you into the pros

But in order to be a standout, an all star a champion, you need more then hard work and dedication, you need something you can’t work for, you need a blessing from God almighty.

My Journey!

Tuesday, March 24th, 2009

Hey all please check out my new video, my first real video i’ve made documenting my journey to the NPC southern states in 2008.  Let me know what you think!  I love this sport :)

Sooo I’ve come to my conclusion

Sunday, September 14th, 2008

After my first competition and having dieted for 6-7 hard weeks with cardio and never cheating not even once I went a little crazy after the show for the next 3-4 weeks.  This involved eating anything and everything I wanted CAkes, cookies, ice cream, anything sweet and salty i was eating it and in lots of quantities.  NOw I weighed in a 162 at the show and i got up to 189lbs.  I wasn’t doing any cardio my Abs said goodbye when I hit 170 something and I was just feeling like crap all the time. I had no energy or anything.  Now mind you I was lifting harder than ever these past 3-4 weeks and was hitting it hard hard hard and I saw some awesome strength gains and some size but it is slightly hard to tell through the fat.  but NOW.

So my conclusion is that I"m sick of not having any abs and being a fatty so I jumped back on the competition diet and started doing my hour of cardio again. and in 2 weeks i’ve gone from 189 to 173. And I’m very surprised I made some great muscle gains over the past month.  I’m curious if having spiked my insulin all day everyday before during after lifting with all the sweets and cakes and stuff if that helped in putting on some mass. I plan to do some research on the idea/topic of   1-2 week spurts of crazy eating while lifting hard as hell and to see what kind of results come of it.

Anyways HOpe you enjoyed reading this I want to get more involved on the website!

also check out my new video you might find it entertaining :)   I know I did.

I can’t decide!

Sunday, September 7th, 2008

I can’t decide what I want.  I do want to keep gaining muscle but I also want to be lean and cut up.  But it seems just way to hard to have both / almost impossible its hard to make muscle gain if in a calorie deficit.  I will never do steroids but it’s just dis hearting because those guys can be huge and cut with minimal effort (besides lifting hard and heavy)

How to decide how to decide.  I could just stop lifting and stick to cardio ect ect but i like being built and don’t particularly want to lose all my hard work.

any advice?

THE BEST BACK WORK OUT HELP ME!

Wednesday, July 16th, 2008

I’m looking to create the best back work out because after competing for the first time it was my Weak point IN my opinion.  I’m looking for a work out that I can complete in an hour to an hour and 30 mins that will just destroy my back and make it into an animal.  just a side note I love doing deadlifts but I don’t know how to incorporate that into my workout schedule because it makes me so sore (I love being sore) that I’m still sore when I want to do legs and squats are out of the question when my lower back is still aching.  Anyways any tips/advice would be great I want to build a back of a champion.  Thank.

Welcome!
