The trick is to find a happy medium between not eating anything and eating an entire cake every night. You need a ton of calories to put on mass and gain strength, so much that sometimes you have to force feed yourself. When everything is working correctly you should gain about 1 pound of muscle a week. You can do it without gaining too much fat, but you will have to allow yourself to gain a little. You can even keep doing cardio, just no where near as frequently as you do. Be careful with bouncing from one extreme to the other, our bodies aren't meant for that and if practiced regularly you can do some serious abuse to your body. Great show pics by the way!
