Well i just got back from my week long vacation it felt good to eat whatever i wanted but nothing to crazy. The place i went charged 10 a day for the gym…booo so i tried to just workout in the room. Home exercises got creative , from dips off the counter top, lunges around the hallways, curls with chairs lol. Anyways im back now and feel horrible, bloated ,and tired. I did not have any supps either. Only gained about 3 lbs. Not to bad. Excited to get back on my routine it was like detox without my diet and gym everyday. I started tweaken out toward the end. lol yay to be BACK

Im sitting here freezing.. If only summer could come earlier..i feel like my fingers will break off if i keep typing..hopefully i dont break my arms in the gym lol

Yeah so after a nice chest/back super setting session nothing’s better than a cookies and cream ON Protein with milk and a banana shake hmmm
I can feel it coursing through me. Thats a good workout

Well tonight is superset leg night , need to start pushing the body further so starting tonight going to test out a superset program for a month for feb. gunna take some new pics and measurments.

Well thanks for that 4 inches of snow turned to ice skating rink…its now pouring outside, yes in 20 degree weather.. rock salt anyone? Tomorrow i will be ice skating to work. Tonight going to hit the back hard! I need to bring up the cardio a bit as well. 20 min warmup session before my lifting. Im gunna give myself a haircut because my hair is driving me nutzzy
