So much for clean eating!!

Just looky looky what i found being served at a restauran in ATL, Georgia called The Vortex Bar & Grill.  Its called (and correctly so) the  “Double Coronary Burger”.  What’s inside you ask, well here’s your answer:

What’s inside: Not for the faint of stomach, this flame-broiled half-pound patty of premium ground sirloin is topped with Two fried eggs, four slices of American cheese, and 5 strips of crispy bacon, with two grilled American cheese sandwiches replacing the traditional buns and a big ole side of mayo.

Now I don’t know who exactly comes up with these type of menu options, but its clear that someone is running out of ideas.  At this point i have no words.  I just wanted to share.

Peace!!

I can’t move Lex! My arteries just hardened…….

A person eating this should have a permit to carry a concealed weapon. Gut Bomb.

  3. Lex29us Says:

Hunger is good, just stay away from the above example….lol

  4. TheCrab Says:

That picture is enough to get my stomach churning.

There has to be 1/2 a cup of grease in that thing.

    Nasty.

  5. Lex29us Says:

Well lets look at it from another angle…..If you take away the 5 slices of cheese, the 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, 3 slices of bacon, the yolk from the two fried eggs, and that "big ole side of mayo", its actually a good off season meal choice…lol

  6. wakerobin Says:

OMG that is a heart attack waiting to happen. I’d say LOL but it’s not funning.9 months ago I probably would have tried that but not anymore, I like working out and the feeling that I get from it.

  7. Lelantos Says:

What’s going on bro? Hope everythings cool. You know what, I used to and most likely now too, eat a couple of those at one time. Gotta, be honest, throw some curly fries on that plate, I’ma throw it down!!! Lol. Take care man.

  8. Lex29us Says:

Stay away from these types of meals people. The only person benefiting from this is the merchant thats taking your money.

  9. fitclubmom Says:

This just gave me a tummy ache! That is "had too much to drink; hangover in the making" food!

  10. ShanBL Says:

That’s about as low down dirty as you can get. But man do I love bacon.

  11. TheCrab Says:

Don’t forget the heart surgeon Lex.

He’s driving a Benz because of sh!t like this.

  12. LilMogul Says:

Wow! Right now I wish I was a big dude bulking up clean and ready for a dirty cheat meal! Um, not that I am condoning this! lol!

  13. palmasolaking Says:

If you dare to see worse google The Heart Attack Grille its in Arizona. The food choices are ridiculous and they serve non filtered cigarettes with a value meal. Oh and by the way if you weigh over 350 lbs. you get to eat for free….

  14. jwcf150 Says:

Damn, I’m hugry now. So much for my dinner tonight. It WAS going to be a grilled burger. Now I would feel guilty.
    Thanks Lex. (lol)

  15. Lex29us Says:

Hey palmasolaking - I know about that place. About the safest thing in there are the waitresses.

    @jwcf150 - Anything i can do to help…lol

  16. jwcf150 Says:

Well Lex, maybe you could get me one of those waitresses from Arizona. (lmao :) ) Maybe I can get my appatite back. (damn, did I just say that)

I am trying to gain weight. Thanks for the new recipe!

  18. booshnoogs Says:

Ah, The Vortex. Right in the middle of my old stomping ground. (Little 5 Points)

Back in my college eat-anything days, I used to live for this sort of thing)

  19. WaynesWorld Says:

The crazy thing is these people are proud to call this thing a heart attack burger so to speak

  20. gavinz_dad Says:

I could do without the eggs, but otherwise, I’d tear it up…back in the day. I couldn’t force myself to eat it now. I actually prefer ground turkey and wheat buns now. Turkey bacon and 2% cheese. I’m a happy guy!

  21. jumper11 Says:

AMG!!! Ewwwww! …..I’m going to do more cardio RIGHT NOW! :)

  22. ErvinT Says:

    hey
could you help me a lil. I would like to know if Honey is good thing to add in your diet if you try to gain muscle mass. I use honey mainly in tea. I know that sugar isen’t very healty like to add in a tea, but is honey good?

  23. Lex29us Says:

From what I know honey is a better, healthier substitute than sugar, so putting a little in tea isn’t a bad idea. However, its still a sweatner which if used in large quantities can have adverse affects. So while I would tell you not to worry about putting it in your morning beverage, I would advise you from using to much of it.
