This is not easy money…..
I’ve been trying my best to "keep it pushin" but unfortunately there have been many obstacles in my way. My thought was i’d get on the block, get this easy money and look like a beast by July. Even though i have gained around 35lbs since January it has been anything but easy. My biggest roadblocks have been injuries, time and cash. I’ve pretty much worked through a right (muslce pull) shoulder injury without dropping off too much(it has slowed my growth though). I currently have a pinched nerve in the same shoulder. It doesnt stop me from lifting or weaken me at all but it hurts like f*n hell. Oh well, thats part of life. My lower back and knees were hurting for a while til i rested them and went lighter on the squats. Injuries be damned, im still gonna get this money. Work schedule is hellacious but i still make time to workout without fail. Thats a roadblock no less cuz if im really tired it truly will effect the workout. Last but not least - CASH(as in real money). I didnt know bodybuilding was gonna get this expensive when i started earlier this year. Buying equipment, supplements, reading material, etc….. is truly running up a bill. Oh well, i just have to find the extra money to do what needs to be done cuz i dont plan on stopping. All in all, I been gettn good money in this bb thing but THIS IS NOT EASY MONEY……

The body is an amazing machine. Your body is telling you via the injuries that it’s time to stop what you’re doing for a while and rest.
Let me ask you this. When you’re out permanently due to a bad shoulder or lower back, what exactly will you be doing? I can tell you quite simply, nothing. I don’t know what your goals are and what or who you’re trying to be beat.
Listen to your body, and that is coming from someone who has been injured. Good luck and be easy.
