			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I decided back in December, after months of NO training that I needed to get back into. So what do I do? Basically nothing, I think I&#8217;ve done just enough to keep my heart healthy if that. I&#8217;m freakin skinny fat!! I think I weigh the most now then I ever had, and let me tell you its not muscle. Now I&#8217;m just angry at myself. How could I let myself get this bad. I&#8217;m lacking motivation, energy and time. Now that I&#8217;ve finally got myself back up to 5 days of training, I&#8217;m lacking calories, I eat five meals a day but need to find somewhere, somehow to get another one in.</p>
<p>I have no one to blame but myself, letting myself get to this point of desperation. I&#8217;m so pissed at myself I want to pop my own head off, lol. Even though I know what to do, I still feel lost. I feel yuky, Thats the only way to discribe it. YUK YUK YUK. What a bad day. Tommorrow I may feel different, but today I suck.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I had that crazy lazy bug bite me a couple months ago. Unfortunaly the side effects have been absolutly horrible. I feel as though I may finally be ready to start all over again. Which is what I will have to do. To me training is not like riding a bike. After a long period of not training it&#8217;s almost as if I need training wheels again. I really want to get back in shape, although I still have alot of the laziness floating around. I know the only way to break this is to just throw the training wheels on and get back on the bike!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>No, really it is!! I had 3 freakin teeth pulled today. Today was awful. Plus found out that almost all my top teeth needed root canals build ups and crowns, and on top of that was told that they proubly wouldn&#8217;t last but five years. So my best option was to pull all of them and get dentures. Dentures I&#8217;m only 25!! Then, he made me very mad, he asked me if I had done meth. Meth!!! Thats absolutly nasty. I don&#8217;t do drugs and I don&#8217;t drink so NO. Then later I thought about it and I guess I kinda understood why he asked. He doesn&#8217;t really know me so he wouldn&#8217;t have understood how against drugs I am. As bad as my teeth are it makes sense. Both of my parents have horrible teeth, but I think it comes down to the fact that for about 5 years all I did was drink Pepsi! I don&#8217;t drink Pepsi or pop (soda) anymore, but its to late now.</p>
<p>Anyway so this day sucked, I guess I have some more crappy ones ahead of me too. My diet today has been awful. I think I had mashed potatoes for the first time in years. I don&#8217;t care for them. Its sucks to have false teeth at 25, but at least they will look better than what I have now and in the long run, I&#8217;ll save money not getting all root canal and such. I&#8217;ll proubly be much happier in the end. Bottom line&#8230;..if you drink alot of soda STOP.
