					<description>The best motivation I got was reading The Eat Clean Diet book. In a matter of days you feel energized and the muscle tone is so much better as well as your skin.  Are you eating clean? It can be confusing but it is so simple once you plan your meals out and have all the supplies you need. I have 38 pounds to go with 16 pounds down. Keep in touch! Just go out and do it!</description>

					<description>awwwwwwwwwwwwwww sweetie! i feel your freaking pain! i just wrote a blog about my dentist appt tomorrow! i havent been to the dentist in 10 years! i have 13 cavaties, i have to have a root canal on tooth 15, wisdom teeth pulled, and the cavaities filled! it's so scary and i'm having major anxiety! goodness, i am so sorry! i wanna cry for you! it's going to be okay! you are NOT the only one gong through this crap! i go for 1 tooh to be pulled and a few fillings! you will be in my prayers!</description>

					<description>You are definaltly right Kymm, I don't think I am eating enough!! I do my cardio after my weight training, on Monday. On Wed and Sat I do just cardio. I usually do kickboxing and shadow boxing. I just love it. i haven't added anything supplement wise. Same Whey I've allways used. I have never done a ketosis diet. Don't think I could go w/o my oatmeal!!!!</description>

					<description>Get back into your Ketosis diet routine if you have one.  Quickest way to shed lbs hands down.  Don't starve like so many other do, that is bad.  Teach you body to use your metabolism, that way you will burn up everything.
Also remember that cardio comes after your weight training, not before.</description>
