What the Hell!
Ok, so I’ve gained 7 lbs since I started. I’m pretty sure its not muscle, I can tell from looking at my stomach. YUK. Man I don’t know what to do. I guess I’ll load up on the cardio and keep my weight training routine. Thats the only thing I can think to do. Hopefully I can get back down to where I started. I’m getting really frustrated!!

Get back into your Ketosis diet routine if you have one. Quickest way to shed lbs hands down. Don’t starve like so many other do, that is bad. Teach you body to use your metabolism, that way you will burn up everything.
Also remember that cardio comes after your weight training, not before.

You are definaltly right Kymm, I don’t think I am eating enough!! I do my cardio after my weight training, on Monday. On Wed and Sat I do just cardio. I usually do kickboxing and shadow boxing. I just love it. i haven’t added anything supplement wise. Same Whey I’ve allways used. I have never done a ketosis diet. Don’t think I could go w/o my oatmeal!!!!
