Goals

I’m just now starting to get really serious about lifting weights and gaining muscle. For the past 2 years my main focus has been on losing weight. I had success with this and have lost almost 70lbs in 3 years. However now that I’m no longer overweight I want to add muscle to my frame.

I hope to accomplish these goals by Christmas..its going to be hard but i’m going to try my best and give it 100%.

Goals to reach by 12/25/2008:

1)Gain 10lbs of muscle. I want to go from 150lbs to 160lbs without compromising my bodyfat.

2)Increase Max Bench to 200lbs. Its hovering around 165-170lbs right now..which isnt too great but i hope to increase it by 30 lbs in the next few months.

3)Get bodyfat% less that 10%. I’m not sure where its at right now, but I just want to be able to see my abs..who doesnt want a six pack?
