Hmm,
Yesterday I worked chest & back and I only did 35 minutes of cardio.Today I worked arms and including PT that I had today;I did over 2 & half hours of cardio.I know people will probably say that this is to much cardio but I really like doing cardio.It allows me to think and clears my mind;plus I can continue to push myself when I feel tired to do a few more minutes.
