Yesterday I worked chest & back and I only did 35 minutes of cardio.Today I worked arms and including PT that I had today;I did over 2 & half hours of cardio.I know people will probably say that this is to much cardio but I really like doing cardio.It allows me to think and clears my mind;plus I can continue to push myself when I feel tired to do a few more minutes.

I worked arms doing 8 exercises at 3 x 10 and I did a little over an hour & half of cardio.My goal is to do 2 hours of cardio a day but I was to had gotten hungry and started to feel drained.I am preparing for my pt test and I will lose those the weight to meet my goal.
Row bike:35,220 cals
Treadmill:35,500 cals
Elliptical:30,400 cals
Stairmaster:7,80 cals

Total-1:47 min,1127 cals

I worked out 3 days in a row.Wednesday I did Chest/Back,Thursday Triceps/Biceps and today Shoulders/Legs;also I did an hour and half of cardio each day.So now I just need to work on getting my diet together again.But I feel a lot better now since I am back to training.

Dickin’ the dog….

or standing around stroking your ****,two phrases from my Petty Officer at boot camp which meant we were doing nothing instead of training.Considering I am not training at the moment those phrases just happen to pop back into my mind.I have enjoying my leave time with family and friends,I guess I could have worked also but I chose not too.I don’t feel guilty because I figured I wouldn’t be able to see them for a while.I will be back in the gym and working hard in about 2 days, since I will be in a new place and learning to do my job;I will need my workout time to help me deal with the stress that come along with it.That means new stats,pics and quest for muscles.I have decided to see how wide can I make my back and still chase those abs.So in the words of the Petty Officer "this isn’t band camp,candy land stop standing around thinking of sweet tarts & treats,should be training".So that is it I should be training and I will be training but after I finish packing,geez,I hate packing!!!Then of to Oahu.

Oh judging from the title looks like a ShanBL blog,lol,don’t worry Mrs Lishicious my blogs can’t match yours.

Starting again

Well I went away for boot camp for 2 months,I realized I don’t enjoy pt as much as being in a gym.I did lose 15lbs while at boot camp but it wasn’t the same.So I went to my A school enjoyed a little freedom which included being able to go to a gym plus pt which was quite better.I didn’t lose any weight because of the fact I wasn’t on a strict diet.On the bright side I did not gain fat either it was like a balance of putting on muscle.But now that I am going to my duty station I will be able to work on my diet and watch what I eat.So hopefully I will be able to finally get those elusive abs I have been hunting.I must say I did enjoy myself for the 4th since it will be my last home cooked meal for a while;I will start my heavy dose of cardio again.Time to get it started again!
