Sunday, January 4th, 2009That is what I am doing for now on untill I leave for boot camp.It is about 40 yards,15 yards and 25 incline.I do it for an hour minimum and after that I just run till I feel like quitting then I run one more and then stop.I hope this will undo the holidays and my months of slacking.I know one thing I feel a lot better since I have started doing the sprints and back to eating healthy again.It is 100% clean but it is at least above 86%;the percentage will only increase though!
