Headaches!!
Friday, December 5th, 2008My headaches(mild,tension,migraines) are back an the only change has been my eating.So I guess I know what this means,I really need to go back to my complete clean eating.While I was eating clean from March-September I can’t remember ever having a headache or maybe I was so determine & focus that I didn’t let them enter my mind.But either way now I am for sure that even though cheesecake and cream cheese pies are MMMMMMMMMMMmmMMMMMMMMdelicious that if I want to keep my sanity I will have to eat clean.So it is really time to "Hide the Bacon","Get rid of the Piggie","Fight the Fat" or whatever nickname you would like to give it;it is time.So penny08 put your cookies away,I have put my cheesecake away;it is time for our leg competition!lol
