Acheivements of 2009 o(^_^)o
Well basically this blog is to track my progress on life in general not just fitness !
My goals and objectives may seem materialistic and trivial but they are my goals so don’t play your hate on me, so anyway my first goal this year is get my full motorcycle liscence(Again)before the year is up and as well as that have at least 500 quid saved to put towards my new bike, think I’ll get a ZX600 again.
Ok my next goal is to get at least 4 suits and this may seem stupid but I have NO suits what so ever anymore since I lost weight threw my old ones out and havent had any since.
As for my lifting goals I want to be benching 130kg for 2 reps deadlifting 220kgs and be over all slim and toned.
