Well basically this blog is to track my progress on life in general not just fitness !
My goals and objectives may seem materialistic and trivial but they are my goals so don’t play your hate on me, so anyway my first goal this year is get my full motorcycle liscence(Again)before the year is up and as well as that have at least 500 quid saved to put towards my new bike, think I’ll get a ZX600 again.
Ok my next goal is to get at least 4 suits and this may seem stupid but I have NO suits what so ever anymore since I lost weight threw my old ones out and havent had any since.
As for my lifting goals I want to be benching 130kg for 2 reps deadlifting 220kgs and be over all slim and toned.

So I hit the bench the other day and was getting 3 less reps then I usually get thought I was tired left it a week and same problem happaned, then realised I have all the symptoms of O.T, so I’ve got a new all-in-1 supplement a good one ive heard (ONE STOP reflex)just bought it to save a bit of money lol !
anyway heres my new routine what do ya’all think ?
WEEK A
Mon:Chest–Bench press 5×90kgUntilFailure(U.F)–Chest flyes 4×10reps
Tue:Legs–Squats 5x?–Calf raises 3×70kgs30reps
Wed:Tough guy training
Thur:Upright rows 5×35kgs 10-12reps–Tricep pushdows-6sets 30kgs–10reps–Skull crushers Barbell–4×10reps26kgs
Fri:Back/Biceps–Seated rows 5x?–Latpulldowns 5x?–Bent over BB rows 4x?–BB Bicep curls 6×40kgsU.F–DB hammer curls5×16.5kgs10-12reps
Sat:Chest instinctive..
Sun:Tough guy training

Mon:Rest
Tue:Bench press 6×90kgsU.F–Decline Bench 4×60kgs10-12reps –Bent leg Deadlifts 6x? 6-10reps
Wed:Tough guy training
Thur:Rest
Fri:Military press 6×60kgs U.F–DB bicep curls 5×14kgs10-12reps–Pronated grip Bicep curls BB 5×25kg10-15reps–Overheard Db tricep extension 8x?8-12reps
Sat:Rest
Sun:Tough guy training
I’ll be on Reflex One stop during this programme which I will test out for 1-2months let ya all know if it helps me !

No I’m not a millionaire but well since I was very young I’ve wanted to be a personal trainer so I planned to work for a few years and start my course in 2010 when I’ve paid off my debts and have the cash BUT thanks to the English goverment I shall be qualified fitness instructor soon and I’ll be working for one of the biggest gym chains in England and I seriously couldn’t be happier its put my right on track to my goal also I checked what they pay and within 12months ill be on 30,000k a year or for you yanks 58,000 dollars doing what i love and im still only 20 WOO ****KING HOOO….

I just got back from a 2week holiday in Zante, which basically consisted of drinking eating and partying, on little sleep and little real nurishment.
I worked out once mid holiday and struggled on what normaly wouldnt be a problem but I just put it down to tiredness alchahol in my systemn and lack of real nurishment and I decided when I get home that I would diet and really smash the weights but to my dismay I’ve torn my tendon in my left arm not realated to the workout :(
so I’m ****ed basically well not ****ed but im gonna be set back a long time my progress will suffer severly its been a week since i damaged my arm and its feeling better so Im going to attempt to workout my chest tomorrow on light weight and see how that goes !!!!
The morale of this story is DON’T GO ON HOLIDAY AND NEVER STOP TRAINING !

It’s annoying how you can’t allways stay inspired and you can’t allways stay determined because you sometimes lose effort and as a result your workouts get jaded and suffer but for those of us who are true gym goers we will dig deep and find that driving force that forces our minds to re-think the situation when you think about missing a workout.
And it annoys me when I meet people who are on diets and they say well yesterday I had a Kebab so I’m gonna try harder next week as they are munching on a King size and chips, I’m like WTF are you kidding me ? you had one off meal and you coun’t out the whole week !?! ¬_¬
Well basically you all need to find your one rock of motivation that will never let you down and will allways drive you forward and if you find yourself being the kebab man then well your f***ked.

Hi I’ve just ordered a new supplement from Muscle Asylum called ‘’Altered State'’ its a nitric oxide supplement thats supposed to keep you training longer and harder, so we will see how it goes after a couple of weeks taking it I will post a follow up blog of how it works.
