Well what can I say but I have not been in the gym for way to long now. Still hitting the tread mill but to may things keep coming up. The latest was my son last night decided to take a header out of my truck. Good 4 foot fall straight on his head to the pavement. Well there was 5 hours in the ER. Then I finally got seen. I dont know about you but 5 hours for head trauma seems a bit steep. I really wish I knew what the priorities where in that ER. Well my son is fine. Head like a rock I guess.

Glad your son is ok. I know that for any kind of heart issue they take you right away. My friend and my dad both have had heart attacks recently and were seen immediately. If they dont think it is life threatening you have to wait.
