Blog Entry
So even though I haven’t been to the gym in over a week I can tell that the break has been good. I’m only at 193 Lbs and I don’t feel to bad. I’m keeping up with my eating and doing what I can to stay somewhat active(Moving a house is active enough right). Tomorrow is a new day and the gym is calling. Going to start off my day at 4 AM with the treadmill and will do my weights at 830 PM. Time to get my body fat down a little farther. In another week I will be putting my cardio at 4 AM and right after my weight training. I have to work my way back into it I guess. Well thats all for now. See you soon.
