Well what can I say but I have not been in the gym for way to long now. Still hitting the tread mill but to may things keep coming up. The latest was my son last night decided to take a header out of my truck. Good 4 foot fall straight on his head to the pavement. Well there was 5 hours in the ER. Then I finally got seen. I dont know about you but 5 hours for head trauma seems a bit steep. I really wish I knew what the priorities where in that ER. Well my son is fine. Head like a rock I guess.

Passed my PT test with a score of 90.5 out of 100.
A lot better than last year. Peace.

So 4 am came a little to early for me and my body said no. I’m not happy with my decision to stay in bed. However I’m feeling great and can’t wait for the gym tonight. Food is right on track and my energy is up. I’ll get up tomorrow and do that darn cardio for sure. Talk back later.

So even though I haven’t been to the gym in over a week I can tell that the break has been good. I’m only at 193 Lbs and I don’t feel to bad. I’m keeping up with my eating and doing what I can to stay somewhat active(Moving a house is active enough right). Tomorrow is a new day and the gym is calling. Going to start off my day at 4 AM with the treadmill and will do my weights at 830 PM. Time to get my body fat down a little farther. In another week I will be putting my cardio at 4 AM and right after my weight training. I have to work my way back into it I guess. Well thats all for now. See you soon.

Well it’s been a while since I’ve been able to really focus on my training and diet. I’ve had to move this last week and I’m really spent. Weight is questionable and so is my everything else. Once I’m done with this move I will get right back at it. I’ve gone to far to stop now. I’ll keep you posted.

Well what can I say I’m writing my first ever blog and I really dont know what to say so I’ll start off with this. I am hating this part of my diet. I’m still trying to loose that flab off my belly and I am so hungry right now I could eat a horse. I’m use to eating really big so it’s a little difficult for me. That and the fact I have 3 kids that get to eat whatever they want. Well any advice would help. I really could use it. Little info. I eat really clean so a little tweak here and there could help.
