Hey whats up everyone. Im trying to get info on what types of supplements im aloud to use if i want to compete in natural competitions. I mean ive seen naturals take stuff like leukic and others.  Can you take testosterone supplements? Been trying to find info on the net but not finding much.  Help me out anyone? I dont want to take something im not aloud to and not even know. That would suck. Thanks.
