New daily technique…
August 27, 2009I don’t know many people who don’t dread cardio in some form or another. But I think I have finally found a way to make less tedious for me. The solution: instead of "every other day" cardio (interval treadmill sprints for me) for a total of 15 minutes, I think I’m going to start incorportating two short 7 minute sessions daily pre- and post- resistant training. Pre-workout cardio will be more of a warm up; max speed will range between 6-8mph, latter 10-12mph (love to feel that burn in the abs when maxing out). This will be done starting today for about four consecutive weeks. Then we shall see if I can get these stubborn remaining fat cells–trust me, they are there–to somehow disappear from my lower back and lower ab region.
