Gutsy Diet
This is my competition diet. I have been using a trial and error basis to make this diet for myself since November 2007. The meaning of my dieting is not to lose fat fast. Rather I made it to gain lean mass while cutting. Also another gutsy thing I included here is that I DID NOT include vegetables, fruits, or carbohydrates. The reason I think that this works so well is the fact that because there is NO carbs from any major source at all there for making it possible to get a lower calorie count with extremely high protein. This diet has about 293 grams of protein and only about 1750 calories. This diet leaves me not hungry however either on a leg day or the day after a leg day I felt my hunger rise so I keep some extra lean ground beef around and I load it with spices. I will have that a maximum 1 time per week if the hunger gets to be unbearable during anytime of the day.
8:15am: Double Tea Bag Green Tea, Vitamin C 500mg, Multi-vitamin, ONE cap of Methyl-1-D, Half a RED ROCKET (ephedra 375mg 8% ephedrine, caffeine, white willow)
9:00am: 1 scoop of egg protein with water
12:00: Half a steak, 2 whole eggs
1:30pm: 1 scoop of egg protein with water, half a red rocket
2:45pm: 4 whole eggs
6:00pm: Half a steak, 2 whole eggs
8:00pm: 1 scoop of egg protein with water
9:30pm: 2 cans of tuna
