The joys of catchin a bug

Got me feelin a little tired today
Had to skip leg day yesterday, could barely move
Light weights today, arms
I work out alone. In my garage. There I have everything I need. Olympic bench, squat rack, smith machine, pulleys, and even… *cough* a bowflex. ACK! Whatever, the bowflex helps me torch my inner chest, and that makes owning it worth it. Anyway..
So today, this is what I did:
CG bench, Overhead EZ bar extensions, and pushdowns for tris
BB curls, Inc DB curls, and Hammer curls for biceps
Reverse wrist curls and wrist curls to finish it off
4 sets each exercise. Not a huge amount of weight lifted today, but a great pump, and some thorough fatigue to boot.
