so ive managed to get my waist down to 25 inches which is 2 inches less and iv managed to maintain my arm size while losing about 20 lbs. i think that was a pretty good cutting phaze. i still got tomorrow though to finish up losing the rest of my water weight and dry up a bit.

i decided to keep on cutting down the second week. im going to a concert this weekend and wanna be able to take my shirt off. lost 17 lbs so far and still have 3 more days to go. ill retain water weight right now just so i can continue to lift heavier weight and then on thursday and friday ill cut my water weight and on saturday mornin (day of) ill carb up. abs and delts are still too small but vascularity is much better now. we’ll see how things work out

just got done with a 2 week bulk. tomorrow i will start my 1 week cut. Today I started wearing extremly tight belts and a weight belt around my waist to try and make my waist smaller. it will take a while to see a difference but it will be worth it in the end if it works.
