October

October 1, 2008

I am starting a 2 a day workout routine. New supplement stack. Completely loaded with everything that I could ever need. New diet. 400g carbs 400g protein daily. Looking to get some great results from this new regiment. Hopefully things go as planned. Can’t wait to see the difference between pre and post.

What am I doing?

September 30, 2008

Hopefully this reaches all the people who are doing the same thing I am currently. I have been on this fitness roller coaster lately. It’s either i’m going hardcore, or I am being lazy . I honestly am just so disgusted with what all I have been doing lately. My body is nowhere near the goals that I had set for myself. I have no one to blame but myself. This is just repulsing. Its not my job, friends, or life that is keeping me from doing it. It is just pure laziness. Yesterday I ordered a new stack that will force me to stick to my workout routine. I am finally mentally prepared to start training like I should be. No more setbacks and no more excuses. The time is now. I can’t wait to see my results after the first month of solid training. That alone will be pure motivation. Hopefully this motivates others out there to do the same thing.

Workout 6 a.m.

Today was not a great lift. Due to having a baseball game and classes I had to get an early lift. My body does not perform well in the mornings even with my supplements. I completed my back/abs workout but felt as if I was just spinning my wheels. I grew very tired in between sets and found the intensity of my workout decreasing.
