I have come to the realization that I am "skinny fat" ever since I have started working I have had trouble keeping my work outs up! Some might see this as a blessing.. but I am one of those people who needs to work out inorder to mantain weight! Over the course of the summer I have dropped seven pounds! I haven’t weighed this little since I had mono three years ago. I don’t think it’s a good look for me. Basically I need to get on a set schedule and get my diet in line!

So I am being a slacker and definitely will be going to check out gyms this week! But I will be going out to ride my mountain bike tomorrow because spending eight hours in a cubicle is pretty much the best work out that I’ve been getting right now!

I just moved to a new city three weeks ago and am still shopping around for a gym.. but when I do my main goal is to get toned up for my sister’s wedding in a few months! I need to get on this!
