		<description><![CDATA[I started my 15 minutes of Hell workout today and it kicked
my @!#$ to say the least!
I only completed 2 sets and couldn&#8217;t complete all exercises
in those sets because of lack of freed-up equipment. I may need
to do my workouts later at night if that means fewer people in
the gym.
It&#8217;s a start though.

quite a lot lately. But today has been a terrific, sunny day!
Good arm workout this afternoon, my left forearm still isn&#8217;t
100% but I got er done. Suffering a little pain now, but it&#8217;ll
get better.
