After taking Wednesday off, I had a great Chest & Shoulders
workout this afternoon.
Tomorrow is "Hammer Time", then hopefully I can get back on track
next week!
I started my 15 minutes of Hell workout today and it kicked
my @!#$ to say the least!
I only completed 2 sets and couldn’t complete all exercises
in those sets because of lack of freed-up equipment. I may need
to do my workouts later at night if that means fewer people in
the gym.
It’s a start though.
Although we can always use the rain, it has been hitting us
quite a lot lately. But today has been a terrific, sunny day!
Good arm workout this afternoon, my left forearm still isn’t
100% but I got er done. Suffering a little pain now, but it’ll
get better.
