Back from Vacation!

I had a great week in Branson, Mo.
I didn’t waste any time gaining weight it appears.
I enjoyed about everything un-healthy I could get a hold of! :)

TGIF - Shoulders … Not much Fun today.

I made the BIG mistake of pigging out on sugar before I went to the
gym and boy did it effect my workout! At least that’s what I’m
blaming it on. I lifted alright, just didn’t have any ‘fun’ doing
it … if you know what I mean?

WILL I NEVER LEARN???

Thursday - What was I thinking!!

Very difficult workout today! After my scheduled Legs & Abs
workout, my son showed up at the gym with a 10# sledge. So after
his workout, we took the Sledge outside along with a
200# tire and did super-sets of Pounding the tire 10 times each
side (tip-toes full swing to incorporate the abs as well as about
every muscle in the human body!) Then 20-25 pushups with
our feet raised on the tire, then 30 yard (one way)
sprints up and back. That was one set. I did 3 sets while my son
did 4. I was too pooped for the 4th set!!
Feel great, even though I may need a respirator later!
Is there a doctor in the house? :)

Ab Roll-outs (Hadn’t tried these in YEARS!!)
Great workout that felt good!! :)
