I took yesterday off from lifting because …. well I got lazy!
Arms this morning … great workout consisting of:
EZ-Bar Curls, Overhead DB Tricep Extensions, Close-Grip Bench
Incline Alternating DB Curls, Slight-Incline EZ-Bar Skulls,
and Single-Arm Cable Rope Press downs.
Feeling pumped and at my age that’s saying something!
