Chest & Shoulders Monday!

Monday, June 29th, 2009

Great Chest & Shoulders workout this afternoon!
Smith-Mach Incline = 5 Bench Press to 1×6x190#
Smith-Mach Incline = 3 Bench Press to 1×8x180#
Slight-Incline DB Flye to 1×8x50#
Seated Single-Arm DB Lateral Raise to 1×8x35#
Seated Alternating DB Front Raise to 1×8x35#
Finished it all off with
Standing BB Overhead Shoulder Press to 2×15x65#
Went for high reps on that one!

Not all that impressive to some, but a great job on my part!

Some Plans just don’t work out!

The weather stopped me from my Heart-Thumping Extreme Cardiovascular Miniature Golf session this evening.
But the Bike Fest is Sunday, so it’ll still be a great weekend!

As Monday’s go anyway! :)
Great Chest workout this afternoon! Hit a new High in the
Smith-Mach Incline Bench … 4×200# Plate Weight. Not bad for a
60 year old! :)
DB Flyes with 45# … not a personal best, Just a good job!

Nada Friday, Saturday Arms … Oh Yeah!

I took yesterday off from lifting because …. well I got lazy!
Arms this morning … great workout consisting of:
EZ-Bar Curls, Overhead DB Tricep Extensions, Close-Grip Bench
Incline Alternating DB Curls, Slight-Incline EZ-Bar Skulls,
and Single-Arm Cable Rope Press downs.

Feeling pumped and at my age that’s saying something! :)
