TGIF - Biceps & Triceps
Friday, May 29th, 2009Good workout although it was difficult to stay motivated.
Just not enough "Umph" in me I guess.
Workout included:
EZ-Bar Curls - 3 sets of 21s, 45#, 65#, 55#
EZ-Bar Overhead Tricep Extensions
Incline Alternating DB Curls
Slight Incline EZ-Bar Skull Crushers
Standing Alternating DB Hammer Curls
Cable Rope Tricep Press Downs
Bent-Over Over-Head Cable Rope Tricep Extensions
Standing Cable Rope Hammer-type curls (Two Handed)
Healthy Walk afterwards … the mutts were exhausted.
