Day 3 - Arms & Cardio
I decided to try working my Biceps & Triceps since
I hadn’t due to my elbow issue. I was mildly surprised
that it went so well, however I made sure I didn’t
over-due it.
Arms
Standing EZ-Bar Reverse-Grip Curls
Incline EZ-Bar Overhead Tricep Extensions
Standing EZ-Bar Curls
Smith-Machine Close-Grip Bench Press (Limited Range of Motion)
I’d never tried these, but I really like em! They allow you to
press more weight and really get a good pump in your Triceps!
Cardio
30 minutes fast uphill walking, heart-rate to 140 according
to the machine (I have my doubts as to it’s accuracy!
Recovery Day tomorrow plus a Free Meal!! Whoohoo!
