35 minutes of Cardio this morning and Chest work this
afternoon.
Chest
Incline DB Bench Press
Slight-Incline DB Flye
Smith-Mach. Slight-Incline Bench Press
Slight-Incline Angle DB Flye
The Angle DB Flyes are rough on the shoulders so I had
to go quite a bit lighter on the weights. I’d seen them
done before and wanted to try them out. I wasn’t too
impressed so I doubt I’ll work them into my program.
