TGIF - Arm Day!

Standing BB Curls: 1×8x65#, 1×6x75#, 1×6x65#
Tricep Cable Press Downs: 1×20x100#, 1×13x110#, 1×8x120#
Supersetted with:
Cable Curls: 1×8x90#, 1×10x80#, 1×10x90#
Standing BB Wrist Curls: 1×15x65#, 2×10x75#
Standing DB Wrist Curls (in + out): 1×10x40#, 1×8x50#, 1×6x60#
Supersetted with:
EZ Bar Skull Crushers: 1×12x55#, 2×10x65#

Well, this was a very humbling workout. It’s amazing what a little
time off and a low Carb diet will do to your strength!
I worked it hard though, maybe it’s cause I’m a year older? LOL

45 minutes of Treadmill Cardio this afternoon!!

Seated Cable Rows: 1×10x120#, 1×8x130#, 1×8x140#
Hammer-Strength Iso-Lat High Rows: 1×8x90#, 1×8x100#, 1×8x115# (each side)
Hammer-Strength Iso-Lat Low Rows: 1×8x90#, 1×8x100#, 1×8x110# (each side)

Should get in some cardio later today … we’ll see.

Yup, 45 minutes random incline Treadmill Work! Good session too!

It’s been a week really, since I’ve lifted. All I’ve been doing is cardio
so it felt goot to get back to the weights. Humbling, but good!

1 hour of cardio done this morning, hope to get back to the gym for weights sometime today but we’ll have to see how the day goes. 

Evening update: Another 35 minute Treadmill session, no weights.
