Wednesday - Back Day
Wednesday, November 28th, 2007Happy Hump Day
Today I worked my Back and although I lifted as heavy
as I safely could, I’d really like to do better.
All in good time I suppose. I went at a time of day where
the gym is way overcrowded, so that didn’t help either.
Back routine consisted of:
Seated Cable Rows (V-Bar)
Wide-Grip Lat Pull Downs
Bent-Over BB Rows (I hate those)
Iso-Lat High Rows
DB Rows
