Sunday - Back at it

4 set of 15 Reps BB (45#) Squat-Military Press
Each set followed immediately with BB Dead Lifts
2 sets of 10 reps Lateral Raise/Front Raise x 10# 
10 minute walk on the treadmill

Monday will be Chest & Shoulders followed by cardio

Sunday - Earth Day

Back in the gym this morning and completed 45 minutes of a little better than woosy cardio on the Treadmill.
Back on my Sups today and my eating will be better!!
I’m done beating myself up and procrastinating.

It’s time to start caring about ME! I WILL DO THIS!!

Saturday - Cardio - I’m Re-Committed!

Well, here it is April 20th and my last commitment lasted that single day that I last didcardio. Sad, sad, sad!
I did manage to get back in the gym today … for 40 minutes of woosy cardio on the treadmill. However woosy is better than what I’ve been doing … which is NOTHING but watching my waistline grow! Mirrors don’t lie … It’s time to get serious again!! No more procrastinating, being pathetic just doesn’t sit well with me!
Cardio tomorrow … then on to Week 14 of Max OT. Weights will no doubt have to decrease as once again I start from scratch!
I WILL DO THIS!!

Wednesday - Cardio Only

I Had a great Cardio session this evening.  30 minutes of fast incline walking with incremental inclines between 10 and 15 (Treadmill Maximum).

Eating wasn’t too great … Licorice!

Supposed to Blizzard again tomorrow night into Friday! Not happy about that!

Tuesday - Finally got back to the Gym!

Well, it’s been awhile hasn’t it? I’m ashemed to say that I let laziness get the better of me over the past couple of week. Plus my snacking and just making a pig out of myself was the norm instead of the exception. I finally got back to the gym tonight. I had decided that instead of starting Max OT week 14 I’d jump into a more cariovascular circuit style of workout since I really need to burn fat right now. Low weight, more reps, very little rest between.

So tonight I did:
1) 3 sets of 10 Iso-Incline Bench
2) 3 sets of 10 Iso-Front Shoulder Press
3) 3 sets of 10 Seated cable rows
4) 3 sets of 10 Lat Pulldowns
5) 3 sets of 10 Leg Presses
6) 3 sets of 10 Seated Leg Curls
7) 3 sets of 10 Leg Extensions
Followed by
10 min. X-Trainer (Random, level 5)
 8 min. Treadmill (Fast Incline walking)

Nothing to boast about, but it HAS been awhile. I did keep my heartrate up and have to admit it was humbling!
The good thing is … I finally got back into the gym!!
