Well, it’s been awhile hasn’t it? I’m ashemed to say that I let laziness get the better of me over the past couple of week. Plus my snacking and just making a pig out of myself was the norm instead of the exception. I finally got back to the gym tonight. I had decided that instead of starting Max OT week 14 I’d jump into a more cariovascular circuit style of workout since I really need to burn fat right now. Low weight, more reps, very little rest between.
So tonight I did:
1) 3 sets of 10 Iso-Incline Bench
2) 3 sets of 10 Iso-Front Shoulder Press
3) 3 sets of 10 Seated cable rows
4) 3 sets of 10 Lat Pulldowns
5) 3 sets of 10 Leg Presses
6) 3 sets of 10 Seated Leg Curls
7) 3 sets of 10 Leg Extensions
Followed by
10 min. X-Trainer (Random, level 5)
8 min. Treadmill (Fast Incline walking)
Nothing to boast about, but it HAS been awhile. I did keep my heartrate up and have to admit it was humbling!
The good thing is … I finally got back into the gym!!
