Well, I have lots of news to share. First, I have been really busy w/ work, been managing to get to the gym ok but dieting is really hit and miss. No excuses, I just don’t care enough to stress myself out over EVERYTHING at the moment…so, it’ll be a little slower of a cut but I know I’ll get there eventually.
I’ve got 3 things to share…first, I made a group for Extreme-physique on Facebook. For anyone interested in joining, it’s called Extreme-Physique Fitness group and it’s at:

Next bit of news…I have designed the next round of EP shirts and they will be ordered in the next week or so. These have been a hit so far…it’s a girls design (I lift like a girl), will be a tank however, if I get enough requests in the next week for baby tees, I will order some of those as well. The latest design can be seen both on the facebook group and the EP forum.
Last, and probably the biggest news. Two of my images have made it in to John Stutz’s first photo art book. This book is being printed right now and will be available around March, and the book itself will be top notch. I am so excited for this, definitely one of my proudest moments! Details on the book will be posted on my website as soon as I have them.
