I started my day off by whacking my head off a door so hard it brought tears to my eyes. <img border="0" class="inlineimg" title="Suicide" src="http://www.extreme-physique.com/forums/images/smilies/suicide.gif"  /> I was so pissed off <img border="0" class="inlineimg" title="Lol2" src="http://www.extreme-physique.com/forums/images/smilies/lol2.gif"  /> I finished up at the gay bar for the day (which is depressing and dreary cause there&#8217;s no light and everything is painted black and it&#8217;s freezing in there) and moved back over to the restaurant&#8230;.which is warm and bright and sunny <img border="0" class="inlineimg" title="Yippee" src="http://www.extreme-physique.com/forums/images/smilies/yippee.gif"  /> &#8230;.I still left work early though <img border="0" class="inlineimg" title="Lol3" src="http://www.extreme-physique.com/forums/images/smilies/lol3.gif"  /></p>

<p>I went in and did complexes first thing&#8230;.had no clue what I was gonna do when I got there&#8230;my body is so sore and tired I didn&#8217;t think I could do the complexes even&#8230;but it went pretty good. Forget how many sets I did but I did use more weight than I normally do, and was able to complete the entire set for more sets than normal&#8230;so that means my fitness level has improved <img border="0" class="inlineimg" title="Clap" src="http://www.extreme-physique.com/forums/images/smilies/clap.gif"  /></p>

<p>Just a quick update so people don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ve given up.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m working lots this week&#8230;.hard work&#8230;.and at the end of the day I am &#8220;wanna cry in a fit of frustration&#8221; kinda tired. Painted ceiling all day monday. Painted more tuesday and then switched to sanding (w/ power sander, pole sander, and by hand) tongue and groove. I have a shit load more sanding to do <img border="0" class="inlineimg" title="Grumble" src="http://www.extreme-physique.com/forums/images/smilies/grumble.gif"  /> I could barely move my arms and my shoulders are just exhausted. Even if I had the energy at night to go train, I am pretty sure it would be a bad idea. I absolutely do not want to get sick <img border="0" class="inlineimg" title="No" src="http://www.extreme-physique.com/forums/images/smilies/no.gif"  /></p>
<p>I tried (or did, rather) to work Mon &amp; Tues w/o carbs&#8230;.not gonna happen <img border="0" class="inlineimg" title="Suicide" src="http://www.extreme-physique.com/forums/images/smilies/suicide.gif"  /> I have to increase my cals a bit and add some carbs in there. I&#8217;m just too if-fy on the sickness level at the moment.</p>
<p>I took melatonin last night to try and get some decent sleep in&#8230;.hopefully that will help.</p>
<p>The only good news is I am working alone and there&#8217;s a bathroom&#8230;which isn&#8217;t always the case&#8230;so I can drink as much water as I want lol</p>

Definitely felt better today w/ food in me. &#8230;&#8217;cept now I feel like a fat ass for eating lots when I haven&#8217;t been to the gym since saturday <img border="0" class="inlineimg" title="Shrug" src="http://www.extreme-physique.com/forums/images/smilies/shrug.gif"  /></p>

went to the gym&#8230;rage is almost as good as stims&#8230;..never gone this late before. Now I&#8217;ll be up all night cleaning&#8230;&#8230;.cause that&#8217;s what I do instead of killing people.</p>
<p>Did legs last night&#8230;.don&#8217;t ask me how many sets or what weight I used&#8230;.I didn&#8217;t really care, I just needed to work off some anger. Did front squats, back squats, RDL and leg press.</p>
<p>Woke up early and did 50 minutes of mad-cardio this morning. Went back in the afternoon for mad upper body.</p>

<p>Did chest and back&#8230;.once again I&#8217;m realizing that it&#8217;s almost impossible for me to follow a full program the way I used to. W/ my schedule some times I&#8217;m not getting to the gym for 4 days in a row&#8230;and then I can go 4 days in a row, it makes it more difficult to do an upper/lower split&#8230;I&#8217;d rather get to the gym when I can instead of having days when I can go but have nothing to work. So&#8230;did chest and back today, will do legs tomorrow and shoulders/arms saturday&#8230;.or vice versa. Plan to do double cardios saturday and sunday.</p>
<p>Diet&#8217;s been on&#8230;.for those that are aware of my issues, I&#8217;ve had no carbs tues/wed and only cheerios on monday&#8230;which upset my stomach. Today had a bit of rice at lunch and was fine. Just had some popcorn PWO&#8230;.I hope I&#8217;ll be ok w/ that <img border="0" class="inlineimg" title="Crazy" src="http://www.extreme-physique.com/forums/images/smilies/crazy.gif"  /></p>
<p>Sitting at 122, starting to see a bit of leaning out in my shoulders/arms&#8230;and for some reason my arms look freaking huge to me right now <img border="0" class="inlineimg" title="Unsure" src="http://www.extreme-physique.com/forums/images/smilies/unsure.gif"  /> The rest of me is still not pretty though <img border="0" class="inlineimg" title="Lol2" src="http://www.extreme-physique.com/forums/images/smilies/lol2.gif"  /></div>
