I was weak as shit 
I was also supposed to superset upper/lower movements but it was too busy to be running back and forth so I just did straight sets.
Dieting is a joke at the moment
…I have not had alcohol, I did deny myself pizza last night, I did deny myself cheesecake last weekend……..but other than that…I’m not really denying myself carbs much…and I have a tendency to sit down and eat 2 huge bowls or cereal or a full bag of mini rice cakes…which is a whackload of carbs. I will probably go another week and if I don’t get my carb meals under control I will just take them the **** away LOL
I am also seriously not getting enough water
