Training from yesterday:

I was weak as shit

I was also supposed to superset upper/lower movements but it was too busy to be running back and forth so I just did straight sets.

Dieting is a joke at the moment …I have not had alcohol, I did deny myself pizza last night, I did deny myself cheesecake last weekend……..but other than that…I’m not really denying myself carbs much…and I have a tendency to sit down and eat 2 huge bowls or cereal or a full bag of mini rice cakes…which is a whackload of carbs. I will probably go another week and if I don’t get my carb meals under control I will just take them the **** away LOL

I am also seriously not getting enough water

wow…haven’t trained all week…been working late, painting a huge house so haven’t had energy or time to train till today. Didn’t eat much at all today, but despite that…felt ok in the gym. Did upper body….too lazy to write it out though lol

Supplements…and training.

So I’ve been questioned by a couple people now on what supps I use. I use protein powder, fish oil, an e/c stack, multi vitamin and multi mineral. That’s just a regular old vitamin, nothing special. That’s it. Period.

You need one bag of Hershey’s Chipits SKOR toffee bits and one bag of Hershey’s milk chocolate chips.

Take a handful of SKOR toffee and throw it in your mouth. Immediately take a handful of chocolate chips and throw it in your mouth too. Suck ‘em slowly till they melt or chew it up and repeat…tastes equally yummy. I suggest sucking, then chewing so you get the best of both worlds.
