I was so pissed off
I finished up at the gay bar for the day (which is depressing and dreary cause there’s no light and everything is painted black and it’s freezing in there) and moved back over to the restaurant….which is warm and bright and sunny
….I still left work early though
Had a great workout

I just realized I can’t eat my favourite hangover food anymore…KD!!!

I went in and did complexes first thing….had no clue what I was gonna do when I got there…my body is so sore and tired I didn’t think I could do the complexes even…but it went pretty good. Forget how many sets I did but I did use more weight than I normally do, and was able to complete the entire set for more sets than normal…so that means my fitness level has improved 
After that I did arms

Diet
My BF thinks I need to eat a pizza cause i’ve been feeling so tired and rundown and don’t appear to be losing anything
I think I need to lose something before i eat a pizza. (if I even can eat pizza anymore
) …I did however, have some carbs today.
