coffee w/ light cream
6 oz egg whites w/ mushrooms

175 g cottage cheese

about an hr later…pre W/O
1/2 cup oats
15 g almond butter

20g measured whey
1/2 cup oats
tbsp SF/FF chocoate syrup

M4
50g cheerio w/ light cream/water

sometime later…
3 oz chicken

sometime later than that….
banana

3.5 oz chicken
big salad
3 kraft cheddar cheese slices :shrug:

    Hi,
    Asking a dumb question here… Do you rotate your meals? What I mean is, for example today you ate the above meal. Tomorrow will you eat a totally different menu of food?
    Are the calories, protein, etc. above your target?

    Not a dumb question ;-) ….sometimes I have a set plan of meals that I follow each day….maybe a little closer to comp date I will do that. Right now, I am simply tracking calories and macros….so each day I eat different food, but my calories, protein, carbs and fats are all the same each day. I have two sets of numbers that I follow, one for training days that include more carbs, and one for off days that include fewer carbs.
