wow…haven’t trained all week…been working late, painting a huge house so haven’t had energy or time to train till today. Didn’t eat much at all today, but despite that…felt ok in the gym. Did upper body….too lazy to write it out though lol

Supplements…and training.

So I’ve been questioned by a couple people now on what supps I use. I use protein powder, fish oil, an e/c stack, multi vitamin and multi mineral. That’s just a regular old vitamin, nothing special. That’s it. Period.

You need one bag of Hershey’s Chipits SKOR toffee bits and one bag of Hershey’s milk chocolate chips.

Take a handful of SKOR toffee and throw it in your mouth. Immediately take a handful of chocolate chips and throw it in your mouth too. Suck ‘em slowly till they melt or chew it up and repeat…tastes equally yummy. I suggest sucking, then chewing so you get the best of both worlds.

I need a new goal

Don’t know what I want to do w/ my training. I know I always wanna get stronger, but I can’t handle getting fatter lol…so I allow myself to eat up to a certain point only….and then once I start gaining too much weight I start dieting again. It’s all mental…and I know I need to stop being a pussy and just get it done and deal but…grrr, it’s hard to change that.
