I have not written here in a while. Summer has been crazy busy, but also I have just been taking it easy, and enjoying it. I had my shoot w/ John Stutz yesterday…..soo awesome, just exceeded all expectations, absolutely thrilled w/ how it went. By far the toughest shoot I’ve ever done. I am extremely sore today, especially my back. Had a bit of an accident climbing down from a rock pile…um, a massive rock slid down and landed on me. I am scraped up, bloodied and bruised, but don’t think broken…lol, though I’m obviously not squatting today!!!

So, now I can kinda relax on the diet, get back to some heavy lifting, knock off some of the cardio and just enjoy my training for a bit. So that’s my little update. I’m going back to crash on the couch, thanks for all the visitors and positive comments from everyone!!!
