I guess i’ll post my workout
Today was bad. Like the whole thing. I was bloody exhausted all day. I literally could barely get work done
And I can NOT work on such low calories. I got way dizzy and had to resort to my emergency granola bar. Which of course led to a **** it pissy attitude. So I’ve had lots of sugar today. And a pizza. Call it a refeed. **** it.
Trained at 7 am. Scale is not moving. LIke literally. I weigh myself in the morning and at night. 120 both times. Dunno how that happens after eating and drinking all day.
I’m a little leaner though…when I get enough water in me I look ok. Was pretty vascular in the gym this morning. But still…..
Whatever. I’m a royal bitch right now. I’m even annoying myself.

Welp, since you’re already annoyed, I guees I’ll comment and add fuel to the fire: You gotta love vascularity, I don’t care who you are. Hope your biatch mode didn’t last long and that you didn’t end up biting anyone in the face because they smiled at you…..
