add 55 min cardio to my training today. Was only going to do 30ish but the entire last 25 min was cause people kept coming up to chat so I didn’t even notice the time
diet later….

oh and i just ate one vit c and 2 tums cause they taste like candy haha

Well this sucked I don’t think my glutes even work at all. I did it on the step w/ one riser this time. Only I had to put the damn thing in vertically in order to fit the stupid cage …it felt kinda awkward for me. I am not really too impressed here considering I RDL 185

Ok…so, I was all pumped, jacked on E and ready to do some serious rack pulls

I get there and the rack…on it’s lowest peg, is 2 inches above my knee. I swear I wanted to kill someone. I was so mad I even sent Sully a text bitching about my stupid ass POS gym I couldn’t think of any other MacGyver way to do them so I just did Romanians instead

I have to go check out the geigh women’s gym that’s just around the corner, cause I can do today’s training there instead of driving all the freaking way to my reg. gym.

My shoulders btw…are still seriously DOMS-ed out from my push presses last week…so it was kinda painful today

It’s a damn shame that I am such a hardheaded stubborn client….cause Sully really does rock

Had another wicked awesome workout….I am chalking it up to ZERO socializing. I keep sneaking to the gym w/o my friends

I did my program, as written except for the last exercise cause I STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT IT IS. Ok…I may frustrate him…but he frustrates me just as much

Oh…except that I didn’t do pullthroughs cause…I’m not doing them. We’ll have to come up w/ another exercise to replace them
