I made it. Barely. Conquered crazy hunger and insane cravings and didn’t cave.
4 days of dieting in a row. I’m on a roll

coffee w/ light cream
4.5 oz chicken
100g avocado

apple
4 oz chicken
nibbling
2 oz chicken

90g yogurt

2 oz high protein ff cheese
2 cups green peas….not included in totals

1 whole egg
7 oz egg whites
plus 3 cans of pop, water, and lots of veggies.

Carbs: 59
Protein: 159
I literally just finished that last meal and I’m starving still lol
