Training - off, very sore
Cardio - 45 min, mix of intervals 20/40 and SS
Diet - I realixed I have to calorie cycle, not just carb cycle…….cause I can handle being hungry, but not forever.

Just a quick update so people don’t think I’ve given up.
I’m working lots this week….hard work….and at the end of the day I am “wanna cry in a fit of frustration” kinda tired. Painted ceiling all day monday. Painted more tuesday and then switched to sanding (w/ power sander, pole sander, and by hand) tongue and groove. I have a shit load more sanding to do
I could barely move my arms and my shoulders are just exhausted. Even if I had the energy at night to go train, I am pretty sure it would be a bad idea. I absolutely do not want to get sick 
I tried (or did, rather) to work Mon & Tues w/o carbs….not gonna happen
I have to increase my cals a bit and add some carbs in there. I’m just too if-fy on the sickness level at the moment.
I took melatonin last night to try and get some decent sleep in….hopefully that will help.
The only good news is I am working alone and there’s a bathroom…which isn’t always the case…so I can drink as much water as I want lol

Definitely felt better today w/ food in me. …’cept now I feel like a fat ass for eating lots when I haven’t been to the gym since saturday

went to the gym…rage is almost as good as stims…..never gone this late before. Now I’ll be up all night cleaning…….cause that’s what I do instead of killing people.
Did legs last night….don’t ask me how many sets or what weight I used….I didn’t really care, I just needed to work off some anger. Did front squats, back squats, RDL and leg press.
Woke up early and did 50 minutes of mad-cardio this morning. Went back in the afternoon for mad upper body.
Haven’t really eaten much of anything today….one good thing about being super pissed

Did chest and back….once again I’m realizing that it’s almost impossible for me to follow a full program the way I used to. W/ my schedule some times I’m not getting to the gym for 4 days in a row…and then I can go 4 days in a row, it makes it more difficult to do an upper/lower split…I’d rather get to the gym when I can instead of having days when I can go but have nothing to work. So…did chest and back today, will do legs tomorrow and shoulders/arms saturday….or vice versa. Plan to do double cardios saturday and sunday.
Diet’s been on….for those that are aware of my issues, I’ve had no carbs tues/wed and only cheerios on monday…which upset my stomach. Today had a bit of rice at lunch and was fine. Just had some popcorn PWO….I hope I’ll be ok w/ that 
Sitting at 122, starting to see a bit of leaning out in my shoulders/arms…and for some reason my arms look freaking huge to me right now
The rest of me is still not pretty though
