Still training, but the diet hasn’t been 2 good. That’s why I’m using this title for this post! Tommorrow I’m getting out first thing in the morning for a 7kilometer run. After that I’ll just take a shower and head over 2 the gym and begin with 30 min on the crosstrainer and after that do 60 min weightliftning, end with 30 more min on the crosstrainer!
Probably I’ll try to walk to the gym also, see how long it takes! I believe it will take 30 min to powerwalk there, totally 60 min.
So over 3h training tomorrow is something I’m looking forward 2! Believe it or not, I do! Im so f*cking tired of how long it takes to reach my own goals so I need to push myself for a while. It usually works for me!
I’ve had inflammation in knees, and heel-tendons (or what you call it?!) That’s why I’m in a ****ty mood when it comes to my results and goals.
Hope it’s better for you out there!

Haven’t checked my weight for a while, been too much in my life. Our family have been here, they live 7h drive from us so every visit includes stay over, we had a good time.
I’ve also started a new job and that takes a lot of my concentration right now.
Diet - Have stuffed myself for a while now, so I guess my weight have gone up, doesn’t feel like it, but my guess is a gain. I’ve been dieting for these 2 last days and will keep doing it till 24th of December, take a break the 24th till 26th of december, with higher intake of carbs on Saturdays.
Training - I’ve been training a lot as usual, I’m back on the treadmill and my running is going really well! My knee is feeling better, not great but better!
60 minutes heavy lifting 3 times a week. (With 30 min warm up on the crosstrainer, and always ends with 30 minutes on the crosstrainer.)
45 minutes Running 3 times a week. (Hard cardio)
45 minutes Crosstraining 3 times a week. (Hard cardio)
50 minutes power-walk 5 times a week. (To and from work 25+25)
30 minutes on the bicycle at the gym when ever I have time and the energy for it! (But never more then 3 times/week and not for more then power-walk intensity.)
Well that’s the update for this week, let’s see if I have anything new to tell next week.

So I checked my weight today, gained 0.5kg, no problem. I’ve not been tooo hard with the diet, not saying that I’ve been stuffing myself full, but just a bit relaxed. I’ve been tired a lot this week too, I hope that will change because it doesn’t keep my motivation on top! And thats were I want it!
So to get a kick out of my training again, I’ve been writing down a new routine starting tomorrow.
A lot more to say this week? Nope!
Take care!

Back from the cruise yesterday, nice time on board, eating good food and slept a lot! I’ll not check the weight this week since I will not get the opportunity to do so.
I’ve just eaten my breakfast, oatmeal with protein whipped to a creamy consistent. Taste great and I love it!
Did 3.5h at the gym, warm up on the crosstrainer for 45 min, shoulder and abs for 90 min, and legs for 30 min. Ending it all with 45 min on the bicycle, only cause the crosstrainers were taken! Nice being back after 2 days on the cruise!
Now it’s time to prepare my lowfat burger with lowfat cheese! That will be my dinner today! Looking forward till tomorrow and all the cardio thats on the schedule! Hope the swelling in my legs will be less tomorrow so I can run on the treadmill. Or it will be just the crosstrainer and bicycle.
Take care and train hard out there!

Well, I dropped 1.2kg this week. I must say that this "weight-thing" is getting more and more irrelevant! It’s the change I see in the mirror that keeps me motivated! But I’ll keep on checking my weight.
I’ve been to the gym as always today, doing 30 min weight-training for my bad knee, the knee is starting to get better so I did 20 min on the trademill, running and ended with 10 min jogging.
Then 5 min rest and a bottle of water later I did 35 min on the bicycle.
Now I’m waiting for my chicken to be done.
Lift hard and gain muscle!

So I gained 2kg since last week, I did fill up with food yesterday, a lot! Why, well I didn’t feel to good and I thought I should try to fill up with food, I did feel better! So If I gained or not is hard to tell. My guess is, I didn’t.
I train now more than ever! Eat the same, feel strong so I believe that the gain is water since I loaded with a lot of carbs!
And the mirror will be my motivator this week, I like what I see!
Today I have an active rest-day! My intentions were to do 120 minutes on the cross-trainer. But I stayed home and cleaned up our home instead, and baked some protein muffins! Right now I’m waiting for my wife to call, she’s in for a pregnancy check up to see that everything is alright with our child. Yeah I’m kind of nervous, we lost our child in the middle of the pregnancy this spring.
Well that’s all for this week, train hard out there!

So the weeks goes by, and this week I had gained 0.1kg, I consider that standing still. I had a fill up day, yesterday! I felt like I needed it, and a lot of food went down!
I just got back from the gym, biceps and triceps today, felt strong and motivated as hell! I also did 60 min on the cross-trainer. I’ve been doing the cross-trainer all this week since my knee gave up. Yeah, it gave up during my last running-pass. According to the Doctor I have a inflammation, so I’ll do the medicines and the cross-trainer instead till the knee feels better. But I cant wait till I can get back and run again! I really miss that, great feeling!
Well, now its time for me to get the chicken in the oven and take a shower while it gets done!
Take care! Stay strong!

Finally a loss of weight, 3kg (6.6 lb). Perhaps that big loss depends on the fact that I’ve picked up my running-shoes and had a couple of days when I ate a lot? As I’ve written before I did eat a lot, but no junk, I don’t like junk especially much, I do have periods when I eat it, but mostly because I’ve been to lazy to cook at home.
Anyway, I’ve just done my running-routine, my goal since I started has been to reach 9km (5 miles), I’ve been doing 6km (3 miles) till today when I did my 9km (5 miles) It felt good, and 12km (7 miles) shouldn’t be to far away now.
But now I’m about to head over to the gym, I’m going to work my shoulders today! After I’ll get back home and cook my gigantic dinner!
Otherwise I feel great! Strong, both mind and body!
Hope that you’ll do that too!

Sooo, I’ve been on a cruise with my wife. Eating a whole lot of crap! I skipped the alcohol, I’m not a big drinker anyway and doesn’t enjoy it like many of my friends does. I had a great time, met a lot of nice people. I did get sick from to much food, not all the food was bad since I’m no big lover of junkfood. In this case it was the desserts! =P
Well, I’m back home and back on track, starting my IF today and eating less to compensate for eating good portions for two days. Don’t know how optional that is for the body, but it sure is optional for my mind!
This week, before the trip I pick up running, the first day I did 9 km, second day I did 6 km. Felt strong but got some problem with one of my foot the second day, so with the cruise interfering I got a well deserved rest!
Today I’m planing to run, and if there is no problem I’ll do 9 km. Tonight I’ll head to the gym and work on my shoulders and abs. Looking forward to it, feels nice to be back in the routines. So much easier to live! =D
But I had a really good trip with my wife, I’m glade we did it, she’s pregnant and doesn’t feel to good, nauseated and tired so she deserved a good time! =)
Yeah, well let’s head for next week now and check the weight then. I do believe I have a long way left to go to feel satisfied.

That’s just great! Gained 0.2kg 0.4lb since last week, should probably haven’t complained about my small loss of weight week V!
Yeah, well thats the way it is this week, I’m adding some workout-time, today I’ve done an hour of power-walking. I’m about to head to the gym now for 75 minutes weightlifting. It’s chest, abs, legs.
My health hasn’t been the best this week, well not these last 3 weeks to be honest. I’ve had 3 episodes with migraine, and pains in my injuries so bad the I’ve felt nauseated.
But the diet has not felt to hard (Perhaps because feeling nauseated?!), just the workouts thats been suffering, I’ve skipped some workouts, once I went there but couldn’t go through with it.
Next week there will probably be no update on the weight, my wife and I are going on a cruise. Will will try to do my very best to stick to the diet. I plan to scribble down everything I eat so I can check it when we’ll get back home. To make it easy we are planing on eating on the fancier restaurant on the boat, they have info about how much there dishes weights. But breakfast will be eaten, so no Intermittent Fasting that day.
Or I’ll just take my Acer Aspire One with me so i can see right there and then what I’m stuffing myself with!
I’m looking forward to the day I’m shredded and are about to start my clean bulk toward bigger muscles! I know it’s possible and I’m truly looking forward to it! Dieting isn’t a walk in the park!
Well thats it for this week!
Later!
