NEW PR’S!
In light of a cut, I’m hitting new PR’s right n left! Squats 160, deads 120 (gotta improve my grip
), military press 70, low cable rows 115. and these are not straight lifts. Tempos all the way. granted I’m lifting for strength right now so my range is only 4 to 6, but the rest period is like nul. Don’t much care for strength lifts. Prefer hyper. anything to grow them muscles! lats, traps and delts are getting fired up. Wish the legs would follow as fast though.
another week of carb and cal cycling and cardio (hate cardio!) then back to eating tons (protein!) and the a 6 to 8 week stint of poliquins IT, AC and then 1 week cut. Should take me to end of August when the real deal begins.

The fact that you are lifting heavier than you ever have when you are down on both carbs and calories is amazing!
