Hey Its been a while since I wrote but I havn’t lost my motivation.  I’ve been hitting the Gym 3 days a week and doing my TKD.  I take my first belt test in 2 weeks.  I’m very excited about it. 

 

Side note I’ve been starting to get people saying my shoulder and chest are getting bigger.  and my cheeks (face) are getting smaller.

Ok i’ve been doing 25 mins on the tredmill at lunch for the last 3 days.  I was going to do that today also but I left my workout shirt at home.  I’ve also been doing my wieghts and TKD all this week.  Its starting to become a happit now.  Which I like.  Also this weekend I’m going to get all my measurements and photes up for more motivation.

Its been a couple of days since I wrote.  But here is what I’ve been up to.  I have gone to the gym on Saturday and worked out my back and biecpts and Also that morning I went to Taekwondo practice.  Then Last night I did my chest and tricept work out.  I didn’t feel like I my normal energy.  But then again I’m trying to quit the caffeen addiction.  So hopefully my energy level will level out.

Monday, April 30th, 2007

All right Thursday I ended up working out my chest.  Then on Saturday I went to a TKD class.  Then after that I spent the day on the lake.  I managed to learn how to knee board.  Would of worked on Wake boarding but we bent up the prop before we could try.  It’s beat to hell and has to be replaced.  oops

I made it to tkd and I’m going to the GYM tonight.  My next goal is to start getting enough sleep.  I’m always tired.  So I need to make myself go to bed at the same time everynight. 

That’s a hard thing for me.  It also doen’t help that im sun burned (from a tanning bed)
